Welcome to Breyya. By accessing or using breyya.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Age requirement

All services and content on the Site are intended for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or access content. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed at $20.00 USD per month and renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis. All payment processing is handled by our third-party processor CCBill. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method through CCBill.

3. Payments, refunds, and chargebacks

No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time within a billing period unless required by law.
We do not accept chargebacks except in exceptional cases. If you have a billing dispute, contact us first at support@breyya.com. We will attempt to resolve issues before any third-party disputes are pursued.

4. Content use and restrictions

All content on the Site (including photos, videos, text, and other media) is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may view content on the Site for private enjoyment, but you may not:

Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit content without explicit written permission.
Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make available content to third parties.
Use screenshots, recordings, derived works, or other reproductions for commercial purposes.

5. Ownership

All content and materials available through the Site are the property of Breyya or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or other rights in respect of the Site or its content beyond the limited right to access and view content for personal use.

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, block access to the Site, remove content, and take other remedial actions if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive behavior.

7. Right to modify

We may modify these Terms at any time. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breyya and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
